Based on a client’s personal needs and goals, Jason uses a progressive training regimen starting with a first-day assessment to gage the client’s strengths and weaknesses. From there, Jason works to improve upon weaknesses to further advance the program. The client’s body is put under more stress, all the while practicing proper nutrition and recovery, until receiving the desired results. This process is performed through a series of one-on-one training sessions, ultimately achieving better body composition, a better sense of self-awareness and balance, and an overall improvement of movement efficiency.
By progressively switching up the routines and utilizing various training methods, clients are in a constant state of improvement rather than maintenance. As soon as the client’s body begins to adapt to a certain method, the routine will be changed—not only to keep the body in check, but to keep the workout mentally engaging as well.
And as with any form of physical conditioning, the other half of the equation is nutrition. Jason encourages clients to adopt a “back-to-basics” philosophy when it comes to nutrition and diet. Whilst strongly advocating clean, whole foods, Jason provides clients with meal plan suggestions and the basic tools to monitor caloric intake.
For Jason, success doesn’t equal a particular body-weight or an impressive amount of muscle mass, but rather the client’s ability to use the tools and knowledge he provides to gain an informed appreciation for health and fitness. |
